Liquid Rhinoplasty
-
A Liquid Rhinoplasty (often called a "15-minute nose job") is a non-surgical procedure that uses dermal fillers to reshape and contour the nose. It is a game-changer for people who want to correct a bump, lift a drooping tip, or straighten a bridge without the permanent commitment, cost, or grueling recovery of a surgical rhinoplasty.
It is a procedure of "addition"—we use filler to add volume to certain areas to create the illusion of a perfectly straight, smaller, or more symmetrical nose.

Using a high-density, structural Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler (like Juvéderm Voluma or Restylane Lyft), an injector strategically places small amounts of gel along the nasal bridge or tip.
Camouflaging the Bump: By adding filler above and below a "dorsal hump," the injector creates a perfectly straight line, making the bump disappear.
The "Tinkerbell" Lift: Placing filler at the base of the nose (the columella) can provide support to lift a drooping nasal tip, creating a more refined, "upturned" look.
Symmetry & Definition: It can fill in "dents" or asymmetries, and even thin the appearance of the bridge by creating a sharper, more defined "light reflex" line down the center.
Instant Bridge: For those with a low or "flat" bridge, filler can create a higher, more projected profile instantly.
-
No Downtime: You can literally do this on your lunch break. Aside from minor swelling or a possible tiny bruise, you look "normal" immediately.
Instant Results: You see your new profile in a hand mirror the second the procedure is finished.
Trial Run: Because HA fillers are reversible, it’s a great way to "test drive" a new nose shape before committing to surgery.
Cost-Effective: It is significantly cheaper (thousands of dollars less) than a surgical nose job.

During: The nose is a sensitive area, so numbing cream is usually applied. You’ll feel a few sharp pinches and some "pressure" or a "tugging" sensation. The whole process takes about 10–15 minutes.
After: Your nose might feel slightly tender or "tight" for a few days. You should avoid wearing heavy glasses or sunglasses for about 2 weeks to ensure the filler doesn't get displaced by the weight on the bridge.
Duration: Because the nose is a "low-movement" area, the filler doesn't break down as fast as it does in the lips. Results typically last 12 to 18 months.
-
Dorsal Humps: Smoothing out a bridge with a noticeable bump.
Drooping Tips: Lifting a nose that points downward, especially when smiling.
Flat Bridges: Adding height and definition to the profile.
Minor Asymmetries: Correcting a nose that looks "crooked" or has a slight indentation on one side.
